This guide will walk you through the different ways you can add your holiday accommodation to Stayly.
There are three ways to create a listing:
Import from another website
Add your listing manually
Bulk upload multiple listings
If your caravan is already listed on another platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or another holiday letting website, you can import your listing using the existing listing URL.
Copy the URL of your existing listing from the platform where it is currently advertised.
From your Stayly dashboard:
Go to Listings
Select All Listings
Click Quick Add Listing
Select Add by Link
Paste your existing listing URL into the box and start the import.
Stayly will automatically collect the available information, including descriptions, details, and images.
Once the import is complete, carefully check all details.
Although our system is designed to make this process easier, automated imports can occasionally make mistakes. Please check:
Listing name
Description
Guest numbers
Bedrooms and beds
Amenities
Location
Pricing
Images
Select the images you want to import.
Important: Some platforms add watermarks to images. Please do not use images containing another platform's watermark. Replace these with your own original photos.
After importing, you will be taken through our onboarding process.
Complete any missing information and make sure your location is correct.
For the location:
Search for your town or holiday park
Select the closest location
Adjust the map pin so it accurately shows where your accommodation is located
Once complete, submit your listing for review.
Our system will check your listing for any missing information or potential issues before publishing it live.
Option 2: Add a New Listing ManuallyIf this is your first time listing on Stayly, or you prefer to create your listing from scratch, you can add it manually.
Select Add Manually and complete each section.
Property Type
This will automatically be set as Static Caravan.
Listing Name
Choose a unique name that helps guests understand your accommodation.
A good format is:
Property name + feature + location
Example:
Lake View Plot 992 - Family Caravan at Coastal Parks Skegness
Avoid generic names such as:
My Caravan
A memorable listing name helps your property stand out.
If your holiday park is already listed on Stayly, search for and select it.
If your park is not currently available, you can add it manually.
You will need:
Holiday park name
Park office email address
You can leave this blank, but your listing will not show as a verified park listing.
Keep this brief and clear.
Example:
Spacious 8 berth caravan, perfect for family holidays near the coast.
Use this section to sell your accommodation.
Include:
What makes your caravan special
Nearby attractions
Facilities included
Who it is suitable for
Sleeping arrangements
Do not add booking terms or policies here. These have their own dedicated sections.
Also complete:
Maximum guests
Bedrooms
Beds
Bathrooms
Start typing your town or holiday destination and select the closest option.
Then move the map pin to the exact location of your holiday home.
Accurate locations help guests find your listing through search.
Select as many amenities as possible.
Amenities help guests filter their search and understand what your accommodation offers.
Examples:
WiFi
Parking
Decking
Pet friendly
Entertainment passes
Sea views
Hot tub
Smart TV
The more complete your listing is, the easier it is for guests to find.
Upload your best images.
