List your caravanThere's no subscription and no upfront listing fee, ever. We only take a commission once you actually get a booking — so we only make money when you do. Every host application is reviewed before it goes live, which keeps guests confident that the caravans they find on Stayly are genuine, and keeps the marketplace worth listing on.
Applying to host is open to anyone and doesn't cost anything — but your application is reviewed by our team before your listings can go live. This isn't an instant sign-up: we check your details as a genuine owner, business, holiday park, or management company before approving you. Once approved, you can add and publish listings straight away.
Connect Stripe and take card payments through Stayly. A guest's dates are held for a short window while they check out, then confirmed the moment payment succeeds — your payout is calculated automatically, with our commission already deducted.
Prefer to take payment directly from your guest — bank transfer or cash? You can record offline payments yourself from your dashboard, at no extra platform commission on the accommodation total.
Every listing has its own iCal export link, so bookings made on Stayly show up automatically in any other calendar tool you already use. You can also import an iCal feed from another platform into Stayly, so a booking made elsewhere blocks those dates here too. Direct sync with Bookalet, Guesty, and OwnerRez is on our roadmap.
Business, holiday park, and management company accounts can bulk import their existing inventory from a spreadsheet instead of adding listings one at a time, and apply pricing or amenity changes across several listings at once. See Caravan Parks and Management Companies for what's specific to each.
